Duncan Christian School is a diverse and growing Christian school located in the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island and invites applications for the following teaching position for the 2025-2026 school year.

Elementary School French Teacher
This part-time position designates the successful candidate as the elementary school French teacher. French to Grades 1 – 7.

Requirements

Applicants must hold, or be eligible for, a valid BC Teaching Certificate and meet the requirements of the DCS Employment of Teachers Contract.
Completion of a Bachelor of Education
Strong understanding of differentiated instruction
Strong working knowledge and willingness to continue learning in the areas of current pedagogy, sound assessment practices and learning
Experience with AIM program or willingness to train
